African business
Iranian revolution in 1980 came to existance with the slogan of helping all undeveloped nations of the world who are under seized by imperialism! These thoughts are now completely beyond recall and the new generation don't have even a single clue about them. One of the main streets of Tehran renamed to "Africa" for sympathy with African people, whom the revolutionists thought they need help of Iranians! Cinemas were also renamed in the same manner. This is Cinema Africa in Vali Asr (last name Pahlavi) Street in center of Tehran. You can see the letter "a" above the "C" of cinema. It is form the word "Africa", written in crosswords. Sorry for the image quality, it was behind the unwashed window of an old ugly taxi.Categories & Tags
