KolakChal Tower

It is a tower which was built around 27 years ago by an Iranian organization like scouts of England. I don't know the exact name because they do not exist after 1980's revolution! Each covering white block of the building is dedicated by a school or a scout group with their sculpted names on it. It's a nice memorial building at about 3000m above sea level, near a large camp for mountainers. This tower is now abandoned and closed to public. Quoting from (http://www.rockclimbing.com/routes/listArea.php?AreaID=1867): The Story is about the name of the area, KolakChal, In Persian Koolaak is a stormy weather with lots of snow, and chall means hollow, SO why they call it like this ? If you look at the area carefully you will see that the area is Like a word(V), and in winters the wind makes a storm in this area and rounds the snow in this V place , so they call it a Koolack Chal !
